Meaning is not always something we find ready-made
Meaning can be experienced as coherence, direction, belonging, contribution, or the ability to remain present before uncertainty. The journey does not promise a final answer. It offers philosophical tools for distinguishing inherited expectations from values you can consciously endorse.
The first phase examines care of the self, impermanence, judgment, and the difference between what depends on us and what does not. The second explores virtue, desire, knowledge, society, and responsibility. The final phase confronts freedom, finitude, existential choice, and the possibility of building meaning through action.
