Reiki Level 1 — Shoden

A structured introduction to Reiki history and principles, the Gokai, Cho Ku Rei, the chakra system, self-application, practice with others, energetic hygiene, protection, and ethical care. No previous training is required.

The course is delivered online with video lessons, PDF materials, guided practices, and a completion certificate. Enrollment is processed by Hotmart in Brazilian reais.

Reiki Level 2 — Okuden

Level 2 deepens work with emotional and mental dimensions and introduces Sei He Ki and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, distance practice, the notebook and box techniques, energetic bathing, and heart-centered exercises. Completion of Level 1 is required.

The material is designed to strengthen responsible practice rather than encourage medical claims. Reiki may be used as a complementary wellbeing practice, never as a replacement for appropriate healthcare.
