Love is an experience—and also a learned language
Family history, culture, previous relationships, fears, and ideals participate in the way we interpret closeness and distance. Examining those influences does not make love less spontaneous; it can make our participation in it more conscious.
The journey moves from unconscious patterns and desire toward care, recognition, dialogue, freedom, vulnerability, and responsibility. It invites reflection without diagnosing partners or promising techniques to make another person behave differently.
